Stax’s Diner opened in April 2014, and is an Artisanal American restaurant, serving many homemade American specialties (pretty obvious), all fresh and tasty. After Bea’s Bloomsbury, Bea has decided to go further! As a result, excellent food, friendly service, and a fun environment: feels like home! It’s the perfect place to enjoy a nice à la carte week-end brunch.

On the menu, all the Anglo-Saxon brunch classics (which we love): poached eggs with English Muffin, buttermilk pancakes (with whipped cream, blueberries, chocolate chip, roasted strawberries…), French toast (with caramelized banana and walnut or roasted strawberries), buttermilk crispy waffle, buttermilk marinated fried chicken and waffles, smoked salmon, house cured smoked maple streaky beef bacon, smoothies…
