Time to discover the Aqua Shard! Located on level 31 of the Shard, this elegant and classy restaurant serves innovative contemporary British cuisine. It’s also a place which boast breathtaking views of the London skyline: so romantic!

The food is both creative and made with local produce: fresh, delicate, delicious… Perfect!
Every week-end, Aqua Shard serves its tasty brunch.
For the starters : Colchester rock oysters, lobster Benedict, game terrine, beetroot cured salmon, heritage squash salad infused in Earl Grey tea, or summer fruit soup.

The main course has to be picked between grilled swordfish, maple smoked salmon omelette, roasted Cornish lamb leg, baked organic eggs, gammon steak, beef rump and Welsh egg, or corn mill gnocchi.

As for the sweet part, how are we supposed to choose? Summer fruit trifle, lemon meringue tart, 70% chocolate pecan tar or artisanal cheese selection: it all looks excellent!
