Description by the editorial board

The Cookbook Cafe is serving its weekend brunch.
The relatively high prices (£49.00pp, £25 under 17's, £15 under 12's, free under 6's) are justified by food quality cooked by chef Paul Bates. He invites you to test his fabulous brunch. Be careful, brunch menu is not the same Saturday and Sunday.

Some dishes available (includes unlimited Crémant, Bellini's, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee):

- Omelettes and poached eggs of your choice
- Coffee “Profiteroles”
- Duck breast on stir fried vegetables and noodles
- Waffles and pancakes with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, berry compote or clotted cream
- Scottish Smoked Salmon with dill mayonnaise
- Casserole of Salmon, sea bass, tiger prawns and razor clams

Chef Bates have numerous surprises in store for you!
